The oSTEM Mentorship Program empowers LGBTQIA+ students and early career professionals and promotes diversity and inclusion across all STEM fields.
Our program strives to:
Enrich the lives of our oSTEM members,
Introduce matches that are committed to supporting progress towards personal, community, academic, and/or professional goals identified by their mentees,
Improve representation of LGBTQ+ people in STEM by helping our mentees to succeed in their pursuits, and
Develop future mentors and establish a vibrant and active mentorship community within oSTEM.

How it works
Mentees: Based on your interests, you will get a list of the best possible mentors to choose from.
Mentors: After registering you will receive an email when a mentee selects you as their potential mentor.
